The Argus “e-Virtual Warehouse” (eVW) solution is a customizable web-enabled suite of services that allow you to identify, re-deploy and, if necessary, broker of your Strategic Assets across the enterprise, no matter where the assets are located.

4 Simple Steps To Using eVW

1. When your personnel have surplus assets, they simply complete the eVW form found on our web site, attach photos, if available, and submit.
2. Argus will post the results in the secure eVW Site with accompanying photo’s within 24 hours of submittal. Once posted it will be available for review by the rest of your enterprise.
3. When someone else in your enterprise recognizes a need for the asset they simply complete the eVW Request Form and submit.
4. Argus will then manage the entire shipment process of the selected asset to the requested location and update the eVW Site.

• The eVW Site is a secured “Keyword Searchable” database so that equipment can be easily located.
• Access will only be given to those that you authorize.
• Customers will have the ability to add "Read and Request" users while Argus will have an over-all administrative user control.
• If assets are not reclaimed within a certain time frame selected by you, then they will be moved to our brokering team.
• Our brokering team will then solicit a minimum of 5 commercial bids from companies around the Globe and release it to the highest bidder.
• If your assets are successfully brokered the winning bidder will mail a check directly to your designated coordinator.
• After you clear the check Argus will manage the entire shipping/pickup process.
• Upon request, Argus can provide equipment recovery to our 65,000 sq. foot Technology Center for further disposition.
